Event: Any activity or function listed on the Platform that users can attend or participate in.
Ticket: A digital or physical proof of purchase granting the User access to an Event.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or purchasing tickets.
Not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

3. Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Notify UNiX immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for tickets or services must be made through the payment options provided on the Platform.
UNiX ensures secure payment processing but is not responsible for payment failures due to user bank issues.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy provided for each Event. Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Ticketing

Tickets purchased on UNiX are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the Event organizer.
Loss or theft of digital or physical tickets is the responsibility of the User. UNiX may refuse entry if a ticket cannot be verified.
UNiX reserves the right to cancel or modify Events. In such cases, Users will be informed, and refunds may be issued according to the refund policy.

6. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive behavior.
Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Interfere with the Platform’s operations or security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on UNiX, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UNiX or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
UNiX will take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

UNiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in Events.
